Early Bird Testimony Academy (EBTA)
These Terms & Conditions apply to the use of the EBTA Portal and participation in services provided by Early Bird Testimony Academy. By using the portal, enrolling, uploading content, submitting work or participating in EBTA activities, you agree to these terms.

1. Enrollment
Learners and parents or guardians are responsible for providing accurate enrollment information. Enrollment is subject to the programme, grade, subject, payment and availability requirements shown on the EBTA Portal.
2. Fees and payments
Monthly fees must be paid according to the payment information provided by EBTA. Proof of payment may be required before an enrollment or payment can be verified.
Fees are non-refundable once classes have started, except where EBTA confirms otherwise in writing or where applicable law requires a different outcome.
3. Portal accounts and PINs
Users are responsible for keeping their portal login details and PINs confidential. Login information should not be shared with another person. Users must notify EBTA if they believe their account has been accessed without permission.
4. Attendance and participation
Learners are expected to attend scheduled sessions, participate appropriately, complete assigned work and follow instructions communicated by tutors and authorised EBTA staff.
5. Conduct
Learners, tutors, staff and other portal users must communicate respectfully and must not use EBTA services to harass others, disrupt classes, impersonate another person, upload harmful content or misuse portal features.
6. Learning materials and uploaded content
Tutors may upload notes, assignments, recordings, links and other learning resources for educational use. Learners may upload submissions, reports and other documents where requested.
Users must only upload content they are authorised to use and must not upload unlawful, harmful or inappropriate material.
7. Google Drive and other third-party services
Some portal features may allow tutors to choose files from services such as Google Drive. When using these features, the user chooses the files that are provided to EBTA for the relevant upload. Third-party services remain subject to their own terms, policies and availability.
8. Communication
EBTA may use the portal, WhatsApp, SMS, email or phone calls to communicate class information, enrollment reminders, academic notices, support messages, payment follow-ups and other EBTA-related information.
9. Privacy
Personal information is handled according to the EBTA Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy explains the information EBTA collects, why it is used and how it is protected.
10. Availability of the portal
EBTA aims to keep the portal available and functioning properly, but access may occasionally be interrupted by maintenance, internet outages, hosting issues, third-party services or other technical circumstances.
11. Changes to services and these terms
EBTA may update portal features, academic processes or these Terms & Conditions when reasonably necessary. The latest version will be published on this page.
